Terms of Service

By adding Azelia to your Discord server or interacting with the bot in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server. These terms apply to all users, server administrators, and premium subscribers.

Azelia is a Discord music bot. You may use it to: • Stream music from supported platforms in voice channels • Create and manage personal or server playlists • Apply audio filters and use queue management features • Purchase and use premium subscription tiers You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times. You are responsible for how Azelia is used in your server.

You may not use Azelia to: • Stream copyrighted content in contexts that violate platform terms • Abuse, spam, or attempt to overload the bot or its infrastructure • Reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the bot's code or design • Use the bot to harass, discriminate against, or harm other users • Circumvent premium subscription limits via exploits or unauthorized access Violations may result in immediate blacklisting from the bot with no refund.

Guild Pro and User Premium are subscription services. By purchasing, you agree that: • Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled • Access is tied to one specific server (Guild Pro) or your Discord account (User Premium) • Azelia may modify premium features with reasonable notice • Chargebacks without contacting support may result in permanent bans Full refund terms are in our Refund Policy.

Azelia is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance will be announced in the support Discord. We are not liable for any losses resulting from temporary downtime.

All code, design, branding, and assets belonging to Azelia and ZorveX Development are the intellectual property of Nabarup Chanda and the ZorveX team. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

We reserve the right to blacklist any user or server from Azelia at any time, including for violation of these terms, Discord TOS violations, or abusive behavior toward the team.

We may revise these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and announced in the Discord server. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
