Privacy Policy

When you invite Azelia or interact with it, we may collect: • Discord server ID and name (for per-server settings like prefix, DJ role, 24/7 mode) • Discord user ID (for playlists, history, and premium status) • Voice channel activity — track titles and queue data stored temporarily in memory only • Last.fm username if you link it voluntarily via .lastfm We do not collect real names, email addresses, or payment details. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay.

We use collected data solely to operate and improve Azelia: • Server IDs store your configuration across restarts • User IDs persist playlists and premium status • Queue and track data is ephemeral — never written to disk after a session ends • Last.fm usernames enable scrobbling and the .lastfm dashboard We never sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for commercial purposes.

All persistent data is stored on secured servers with access limited to the core development team. We use TLS/HTTPS encryption for all API communications. Data is retained as long as you use Azelia. If you remove the bot from your server, server data is purged within 30 days.

Azelia integrates with external APIs. Their own privacy policies govern data they handle: • YouTube Data API (Google LLC) • Spotify Web API • SoundCloud API • Deezer API • Last.fm API • Genius API • Razorpay (payment processing) We only send minimum required data (e.g., a search query) and never share user identifiers.

Azelia is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe we have done so inadvertently, contact us immediately.

You have the right to: • Request deletion of all data tied to your user ID or server — open a ticket in the support Discord • Clear your listening history with /history clear • Unlink your Last.fm account at any time We respond to requests within 48 hours.

We may update this policy as Azelia evolves. Significant changes are announced in our support Discord. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
